Vanadium is involved in the construction of bones and teeth. It is probably also involved  with depression and high cholesterol. Newer studies show that Vanadium has a possible insulin-similar function. 

In sufficient quantities, one finds Vanadium in fish, but also in vegetable oils (sunflower oil, olive oil), We also find Vanadium in roughage-rich foods.

  • Ashes of oil burnings

Possible consequences of chronic vanadium intoxication:

  • Eczemas
  • Chemical irritant effect (Rhinopharyngitis) bronchitis, Bronchopneumonia, lung oedema at acute intoxication)  
  • Green tongue covering
