I have been diagnosed with a cavernous hemangioma involving the posterior and lateral aspects of C3. Has there been any research into intrabody hemangiomas? If so, I am very anxious to hear of this. I have been told this is congenital, however, 6 years ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where I sustained a neck injury. The MRI did NOT show the lesion at that time.
