Prehistoric humans had to forage for food for survival. We get it at the supermarket. But the modern human has to forage the internet for information for survival. Because some of that supermarket food will kill you. Not quickly, but slowly. Using primitive mechanisms such as our propensity to sweet tastes, it lures us, makes us addicted and then slowly kills us. Like a caustic lover.

This sounds a bit dramatic. But it is not far from the truth. The survival task of the modern human is to find the right information to stay healthy — in a sea of commercial information aiming at a sale, rather than our health.

There is a lot of valuable and interesting information out there. I never have a problem finding topics to write about. The question I have to ask myself every time I write an e-zine is, rather: What can I afford not to tell you?

Of course the Dr. Clark Research Association also sells products. Like every organization, we must survive. We aim at doing it in a way that enhances your health. I use our own products every single day.

When I got to know Dr. Clark’s protocol in 1995, my goal was to tell the world about health. I am aware that I am only talking to whomever is interested in this message. But for those who want to know, I hope to be doing a service.

Kind Regards,
