- Production of leather, veneers and colours, glass industry, wood, welding
- Colour pigments ie: Chromium colours of wool and textiles
- Chromium rubbing through the chromium nickel stainless steel pots and pans
- Dental cement, implants, dentures
- Ceramic
- Using an old chromium covered scissor
Possible consequences:
- Allergies, eczema
- Rhinitis
- Skin and mucous ulcers
- Lung irritations, obstructive bronchitis, asthma
- Liver and kidney damage
- Immune system weakness
- Lung cancer
Measures:
- Search for cause and avoid a new contamination
- Heavy metal removal
